RMC to Underwood Stock ??

I remember seeing these markings in the slingwell before.
Is this a early RMC to Underwood stock?

Yes, exact same markings that are on my "I" cut Underwood. Rock-Ola sent some 42,000 stocks to Underwood from 10-26-42 to 4-6-43.
