Methinks the seller (PeterXXXX), from Abingdon, may possibly, just possibly, be one of our very own...
    Well done, Sir!
That's a good example of what James Hamilton meant when he said: “The price is based on what the market will bear.”
Now, I suspect it will be at least a year (or two) before another bottle leaks out onto the market ...
    Bravo.

And don't forget that there's more gold in the word than there are of these plastic bottles. Gold is made from gold. These are made from unobtanium

Well it's certainly crossed my mind so no doubt it's crossed others; when will we start seeing the fakes/reproductions appear?

I dunno, but I have a friend who built plastic injection moulds before he started cutting on airplane parts. He even has an EDM in his home's garage. (No room for a vehicle, though.)

Ah........ it all reminds me of the MGB GT V8 saga. The MG Works made 2591 of the 131mph Q car monsters and suddenly stopped production. After which EVERYONE seemed to want one. So the various specialist MG companies started to make repros. But as good as they were, that's all they ever were. Unless yours starts with the chassis number GD2D1 0xxx G, then it's a repop

Well, well, how the jungle drums beat!!! Gentlemen I am the proud owner of said Container Pullthrough and believe you me, I was willing to pay considerably more. This item is the final piece of my L42 CES and I have searched the globe wondering if I would ever get the chance to actually lay my hands on one. As to its worth I have had an offer of £10,000 for my completed rig but obviously it will never be sold. Furthermore I think I held the worlds supply of lens brushes which I found on a surplus website, the guy didn't have a clue what the brushes were as he was selling them @ £1.99 each needless to say I bought the lot and made the money the bottle cost with ease. Happy days!!!!!!!

Congrats on completing your kit. It's a good feeling to put that last piece in its place.

    Well done!!

Out of interest, (I guess this a question to Peter) did the brush and bottle make it past the L96 kit and earn a place in the L118 kit and beyond?
