Take it from me rdn, it is a dovetain fit in the foresight block and it WILL move. Done a zillion of them and you don't need to be particularly brutal. Remove the nose cap, support the foresight block and centre the blade using a small hammer and a brass drift.

Use a brass drift punch and hammer.
Here's a set of brass drift punches.

$19.95 with free shipping... not too bad a deal.

Or you could always just use the correct tool
Mine are not the best, but they are not too bad. I can think of lots of Enfields I'd rather have but instead of constantly striving for more, sometimes it's good to be satisfied with what one has...

I've never had one stuck that a brass punch wouldn't move. The two times I've had problems I stripped the furniture off laid the rifle on the floor put a block of oak under the sight block and tapped using brass punch. First I tapped it the way I didn't want it to go it was the same exact problem as yours and drifted it all the way out. I carefully cleaned up the staking burrs on the block and put a new blade in, the biggest size I had.
I learned the hard way before, if you think a hammer is the solution put your gun down and think it over for a few days.
