M9A1 Bazooka
This was being used as yard art when I found it.
It's had the trigger removed with a cutting torch and there are a missing piece at each end.
Just like 1/2" hole where the trigger should be etc.
I just thought someone might want this to collect.
It has GE stamped on it and a serial number.
I sell on ebay but it can't be listed there.
Any advice how to proceed?
Put it back in the yard?
Thanks for your help!

Now there's something you don't see every day...half of it is missing as well. I'd suggest putting up a WTS right here and ye shall sell it...first we'll see if we can establish what you should ask. Interesting to see you found it in California at that? Welcome to the forum...

Is that the US equivalent of our old LAUNCHER, Rocket, 3.5" M20 Mk1? Ours were replaced by the Charlie Gustav 84mm in the late 60's and by the early 70's they'd all gone

Thanks All
I put an add in the Panjo Marketplace, seems like a pretty slick setup.
Have to figure out a price...
I like auctions, list it for $10 and it will go up to the market value most times.
I just put it in for $300 and told them to make me an offer.
I put it in Machine Guns, they don't have a rocket launcher category.
Appreciate any advice if I'm doing something wrong or something the ad misses.
Thanks again.

It is the back half of an M9A1 US mid-to-late WW2 Bazooka . Replaced the M1
series and was the model for the post WW2 M20 3.5-inch . It is 2.36 inch .
The shoulder stock bracket is awary on this . With the rear , rocket holding clamp at 12 oclock , bring the shoulder piece to 6 oclock , resting midway between the sight bracket and the front tube retaining
latch . The front grip / trigger assembly attached to that rusty / discolored area in front off that retaining latch and also between the latch and sight bracket in the rotational alignment .
For packing , the front tube had a hook that went into the loop near the rear and a box deal at the front that engauged the latch .
For use , the front tube was detached , that little tiny lever at the front of the rear section rotated open , the front section's splines placed into the rear sections splines , twist to lock , then release the little lever to lock in ( friction fit ) .
My live one cost me 3K back in '07 ( mint condition ) . I've turned down 5K . Yours would be worth whatever someone would be willing to pay . The trigger group and sight would be easy , the plate the grip attaches to would have to be made unless you luck out . The front half would be the hardest . If you were able to make it a complete non functional dummy , you might get a grand .

Thank you...I thought it wasn't quite right for the other one but didn't have one to compare.
