I can't offer much, but I believe that the edge piping on two in the first picture identifies corps or service. The ones with the silver edge only ribbon is a rank indicator - Unteroffizier or Feldwebel, I think. I believe the one with all silver ribbon on it is a junior officer, but there might have been pips there to indicate a higher rank. The middle top piece in the second picture is collar tab - white I think is infantry.

Off the top of my head i think the yellow piping is Signals, red is artillery and the orange is engineers.

Photo 1 = All enlisted boards, 2 Private/Corporal and 1 buck Sgt.
The eagles are enlisted for an M43 or overseas cap.
Photo 2 - lower rt is a 2nd Lt Pioneer board. Other cloth is enlisted hat insignia & collar tab. A Panzer collar tab skull and an SS officers hat eagle.
