A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. You are correct ! No excuses I was just in a hurry to catch the sun and flubbed up. Now I wounder what was in the box with the P14 I sold ?

When I was a young Craftsman in Australia icon

and a non-smoker (never been one...) one of our Sergeants used to smoke and would always have a pack of cigs on his bench so I stuck a couple of sticks of cordite down into the end of one of his cigs! An hour or so later he lit it and was puffing away quite happily until the tip ignited the cordite and started to burn swiftly down towards his lips! Great fun and shrieks of laughter. Been doing it regularly ever since! The simple things please simple minds........ But don't try this at home of course!
