That would be hard to say without seeing them, for me.

There's an absolute ban on selling magazines with over a 10 round capacity on eBay, hence everyone saying 10 rounds whether it is or not. Like most companies eBay likes making money so they let some things through the evil clutches while blocking other gun related items.

Here is a good example: WW2 M1 Carbine Magazine 10 Round marked NOS Sealed International Silver | eBay

Just be cool. Its been going on for a long time - its one of the many ways we evade ebay rules.

Especially since I started on the original Culver forum. That had to be about 1998.

Ebay is a Calif based company. Calif law states 10 rounds as a maximum.
I had a few S'G' mags on ebay. Honestly stated 15 round new in wrap. I received an email from Ebay I was in violation of their policy. They closed my listings and put me on a 30 ban from selling anything.
Skip forward a couple months. I put a Rock-Ola sear up. Same thing happened. I called and talked with a live person. They said sears were a banned item. I mentioned it was a legal M1
sear, not an M2. They didn't care saying it was too hard for them to know which was legal and which were not, so they just banned all sear listings. Now if you see one most guys call them a hammer release and it goes through.
Another item are auto opening knives. I put up a couple orange handled pilots MC-1 knives. Sames email.

They look to have been unwrapped and rewrapped. Not a big thing. Like the others here suggest, they may be original and just misnamed to get by rules. Order and see what you get I'd think?

Why no ask the vendor for the dimensions of the mag including how long it is? You should then be able to figure out it's capacity yourself. I did see a U.K. dealer with a few similar N.O.S. M1
mags last year although I think the wrapping paper was different; probably a batch have been released from storage, somewhere.

This might not work, I know reproduction ones are sometimes 10 rounds but are still the same dimensions. For what it is worth, all the 10 rounds magazines I have purchased off fleabay held 15, lol.

If you are serious ask the seller to send you a photo with a ruler pushing down the follower to full depth.
You will soon know and you aren't directly asking if he is breaking ebay policy.
