John, I,ve more hand guards than you could shake a stick at, one of them auction buys.....where I bought two boxes, very nice they are too, in packs of 5 etc in original packing, two in the past have helped revive a No4T over the other side of the pond, in fact haven't seen any posts from the member in question for a long time, am sure it was Seaspiriter who had sent his rifle or bits to Brian at BDL
, I'd done a deal with Brian regarding hand guards for something.... anyone heard anything from Seaspiriter ?
As its a No4 T...... I don't need to say any more apart from it deserves Walnut and its a good cause.

Pardon me for butting in, but I spied a no4 rifle recently that had been sported some time in the past and it was marked with a T on the butt socket left side and has a telescope mount arrangement very similar to what Im seeing here. I seem to recall it having a (R) next to the T. The mount had three screws soldered in like that and you could see solder around those pads like that? Should I grab it for the hell of it? It was fairly nicely done arrangement at one time if you would call it that but had lost its appeal somewhere along the way. Apologies, just thought a good time to ask. It was a little more than 20 bucks but yet the going price for a sawed off and ruined rifle around my way.
