When you start your post or reply it's bottom Rt of the section right next to Post Quick Reply it says Go Advanced from there its a piece of cake to do look up the tutorial on it.
Your phone may not show this option just fyi. I cannot add photos by phone.
With a phone you have to go to desktop mode to access pictures that are either already on the site or add new ones.
There may be a way to do it up top but I'm not sure. What I do is go to the bottom left where you have the choice of light, medium or dark view, click that it will bring you into desktop mode with any choice then "go advanced" at the bottom of the dialog box. Below that will be the manage attachments box which is fairly self explanatory once your in it.
