    BIRTH 27 Jun 1919, Berlin, Germanyicon
    DEATH 2 Dec 1999 (aged 80) McMinnville, Yamhill County, Oregon, USAicon

    He worked with the Army Corps of Engineers during World War II in Africa and Hawaii. He continued as a cartographer with the Corps in Washington, D.C., from 1945 to 1979, when he retired.

    Also interesting is how he is standing only on his right leg, with his left foot up about 3 steps.

    George was Germanicon born but finished in America's Army.
