Your the first 'Private Owner' of that carbine.
I'd go with Occasional Shooter.
I don't care for the public ranges.
You spend most of your time with guys gawking at your carbine.
Shoot it, clean it and love it !!
Cheers Buddy

tnx, that's how I treat my all original Inland (but for the handguard).
And how I'm going to treat my HRA (all original but for bolt and trigger assy - while at Orion 7 for a tech inspection, they install "correct" bolt w/ correct original finish. We are looking for just the right trigger assy.)
Now, I guess I need to order another 'shooter' carbine and garand from the CMP
... yea, my wife is going to go for that! LOL...
So this is how it starts , hey ?
At our one range, there's one range officer that is a Korean war vet, real nice guy. When I bring down my other NPM mixmaster potbelly carbine, I let him shoot a few mags through it each time. He gets a thrill, he said it's been since Korea, that he's shot a real USGI carbine. He qualified with the Garand
but fought with the carbine his whole time there.
So some times is a pleasure and honor.
