    Andree' Virot passes away

    She was cut down in her prime at 105. She was a resistance leader in Brest. Among other things she set up a network of safe houses for escaped POWs and downed airmen, and was responsible for 102 allied flyers escaping occupied Franceicon. She got them to the beach and made arrangements for a pickup. She was a classy lady ...
