The "...duty station to duty station" line has now been corrected in the MKLicon article. Also changed the "six" crates in the earlier post to five, thanks for catching that...Suppose my brain was thinking of sixty rifles and out came six crates. As my neighbor says, "This getting old...It's not for wimps!"

As far as the different quantities of "straw" in the crates is concerned, open a few more and you may be surprised at what you find.
