Hi guys
I have a 1944 No.4 T but unfortunately it has not got a matching scope number.
The Number on the rifle is 18418 the number of the scope is 18631(just in case anyone has this scope let me know please) This is not the reason for this thread, The rifle and scope are well matched and shoot very well even in my hands, what’s bugging me is the unusual markings that I hope you can see in the attached pic. I think it is Hebrew and possibly a sight lent/sold to Israel?
|If anyone could translate it I would be gratefulalthough I have a feeling it will be a number it is still a very interesting part of this weapons history.
