1948 DCM Prices

Picked up a small sales list not long ago from '48. Heres what they had available:

M1903 - Unserviceable - $15

M1903 - Serviceable - $30

Both high numbered receivers, some may have type C or Scant stock

M1903A1 - Not Available

M1903A3 - Used - $50

M1917 - Unserviceable - $5

M1917 - Serviceable - Not Available

Shipping for the M1917 or M1903A3 - $1.85

Shipping for the '03 was $2.85, $1.00 more than usual for determining condition.

M1917's considered unserviceable mainly due to excessive headspace.

If you wanted to add a barrel to your M1917 purchase - add $1.97 - no extra shipping.

I found it interesting the A3 cost nearly twice as much as the '03. I guess the A3's were in much better condition.

Not really surprised at the M1917 being a third the price of a comparable '03, considering the whole popularity thing.
