    It does have the fixture slot and if I'm not mistaken the early high hump profile with round relief for windage screw. It is cracked and someone looks to have hot glued it. Seems solid enough. Just wouldn't look right to relpace it. There is a W and a B stamped in the handguard (Makers Mark?). This stock has been like this on THIS rifle for a long time, you can just tell by the fit...
