WWII factory pack of 10 SM Co carbine slings??

Asked this on CMPicon Forum also.

Trying to find out if this bunch of carbine slings was packed in 1944 or repacked sometime after the war.

I have spent a couple hours now on the internet searching with Google, CMP, Joustericon, Milsurp, etc. and can not find answers to my questions.

The pack was opened when I got it so I can't verify that the slings I got were original to the package.

Just wondering if someone familier with Drawing numbers, Contracts, etc can tell if this was actually a WWII package.

    Thanks,
    Ray
