I know tthat it has been a while since I did some reviews, so back ito the swing of things!
"Wehrmacht. The Illistrated History of The GermanArmy in WWII"
By Dr. John Pimlott.
ISBN 0 7603 0387 8
Don't expect any deep analysis of weapons, strategy or tactics in this book. On the other hand it has a lot of photos inculding some eye candy for the enthusiast. On those grounds, it is a good read!
"Waffen SS. Hitlers Black Guard At War"
By Christopher Ailsby
ISBN: 1 897884 27 3
This book is similar to the above book but with somewhat fewer pictures and somewhat more print! There are also some diagrams, drawings and colour photos. It is not a 'deep' book and deals with atrocities and war crimes in a single chapter. However it would make a interesting addition to the library, if only for the "eye candy."Information
