I am new to the forum and need some help. I think I have an IHC and a HRA stock.

What I think is the IHC is stamped with a Circle P no serifs and a "A" on the grip with a 1/2 inch DAS on the left side. 0695 is stamped inside the forend. it still has the sanding swirls on the stock. It has the cutout on the right side by the rear sight. It has some light light dings and dents.

What I think is the HRA is stamped with a Circle P no serifs and a "A" on the grip with a 3/8 inch DAS on the left side. It has some dings, dents, & scratches.

HRA is the left pic IHC is the right.

Now for the questions. Am I correct on the stock makers? What does the "A" stamp mean?
