Garand stock, who made it?

I have a really nice Garand stock , came off a CMP gun a few years ago. Its a bit differnt in a couple ways to my 44' and my friends 43' SA Garands. I know you guys would nail it. The whole stock set matches up and really looks nice but I wanted to see if it was a SA stock or a IHC , etc.
