    My first rifle (1917 SMLE)

Well gents I thought I'd share my first rifle and SMLE acquisition. Its a 1917 Enfield made Mk.III* with the Short Lee Enfield marking. All serials match from bayonet lug and wood to wrist and barrel. The wood was cut for the Mk. III volley sights too. Gave the bore a clean and will be having a gunsmith check to make sure its in perfect order for shooting. Came with P07 sword marked for Nov, 1918, with scabbard and frog too.

Just post if you'd like detail shots.
