New guy saying 'Hello!'

Hi Folks, new guy here. I frequent numerous forums and just tripped over this one today - it looks like a great forum and from the responces i read so far, it looks like there are some real knowledgeable folks that post here. I look forward to gaining some great information from here in the weeks to come.

I thought I would share my M1 Carbine. it is a 1943 Standard Products SN 2075xxx. I had it fully restored a few years back by a company called MilTech. They did a great job and ensured it was safe to shoot, and had all the correct parts for the original manufacture and date of issue.

I shoot it quite reqularly and after all these years, it still is a trouble free, accurate weapon that always turns a head or two at the range.
