Finally got to the range to heat up my 12/43 Remington 03A3. Been working up some CB loads for as-issued military matches this Spring. Cast up some WW lead bullets with a cheap Lee mold sized .309 and loaded up mixed cases with 2400. Found the " sweet spot" with 17.5 to 18 gr of 2400 with 5-shot groups at 100 yards of 0.965 and 1.185; now it is time to fiddle with case brands and maybe a Lyman 311299 or 314299. These old rifles can shoot!
