No. 1 Mk. III* HT Serial Number

I do not have any Skennerton books.

I purchased what I believe to be a Mk III* HT yesterday. If anyone can check the serial number of the rifle I purchased against know serial numbers of HT snipers as published in a Skennerton book, or any other reputable source, I would greatly appreciate the confirmation.

The rifle I purchased is a Lithgow 1917 action on 42 Slaz furniture marked wih an "H".

It came with two scopes, one being serial numbered in electro pencil to the serial number of the rifle.

The serial number is 844886.

The rifle is in "excellent plus" condition. If it is legit, I got a great deal.
