Well the rifle itself was an ex English made MkIII which had been FTRed in India, the barrel is stuffed and the bolt is miss matched. Somebody then tried to do a volley sight conversion to the forewood and destroyed it. The furniture is full of bog to make it look good. So it was no great loss to the collecting community. We have huge amounts of sporterised Lee rifles in NZicon, normally we just break them down for parts. I know in other parts of the world even a sporter has some value but over here there worth nothing.
