Was at a LGS (local gun store) yesterday and saw an odd Swedishicon Mauser. Receiver ring had the usual markings for a Husky model and was dated 1942. Barrel was a 29" model and had the threaded end. The receiver was numbered 49,95x. The bolt was marked 073 and appeared to be internal correct. Stock and bolt release match the receiver ((95x). Trigger guard was 985.

I have never seen a 5 digit Husqvarna Swedish Mauser. This one appeared to be a military receiver, dated "42" and has the stripper clip slot. All of the Husqvarna Swedes I have seen are 6xx,xxx series. Anyone know the story on this one?
