1943 Albion No2 MK1** value and question about the but disc

I have a 1943 Albion No2 MK1**

Dose the markings on the disc mean anything? I have seen a lot of pictures of No2 MK1** on the web but most of them have no markings on the disc.

What would be the value of this pistol. Out of of work need the cash. probably about 90% over all condition and it still has the lanyard ring, phosphate? finish. ( live in California USA)
