I picked up a mixed lot of .30 the other day and mixed in were these (I believe) aluminum cased rounds. I would assume that for a light round like .30 carbine it would be the natural war time expedient, but 3/5 are 56 dated, and 1 seems to be an action proving round. Just thought I'd share because I haven't seen any like this before. My apologies if this has been addressed already.

3 are LC 56
1 is EC 43
inert round is WRA 43
