    No4 (T) 1944 M47C Serial H38302 - Missing Scope 2021

Finally after 8 months wait, my newly acquired No4 (T) has finally arrived at my local Dealer. Exporting from the US to Australiaicon can be a slow process.

It is a 1944 BSA, serial H38302 that is missing its scope. Original scope was a Mk3 serial 20211.

Inital examination with a bore scope shows a perfect shiny bore. Headspace is spot on.
Timberwork is all matching. Still has the serial number pencilled inside the handguards. Apart from traces of copper in the bore, the rifle shows very little signs of use.

Attached are a few initial pics supplied by the seller. Better pics to come once I get Police approval to pick it up from my local Dealer.

Once I get it home it will be mated to my Vickers No 32 Mk2/1 scope.

    Paul
