Attachment 46968Attachment 46966Attachment 46965Attachment 46964Attachment 46963Hi all thank you in advance for your assistance with this question. I recently acquired an Eddystone S# 1064*** that from my research shows a build date of 1918. My question is on the bottom of the forearm the acceptance stamp appears to be lined thru. It also has what appears to be both a very faint OGEK stamp and a much deeper SAA stamp. Would they have crossed out the acceptance stamp? Also with the two rebuild stamp do I need to be concerned about shooting the rifle. The barrel is a JA re-barrel, I know about the potential receiver issues, is that more myth or actually something that I should worry about? Anyway that you for your assistance.
Matt
