M1 Grand stock markings

Would any one know something about this stock. There is no maker stamp on it just a few #/s. on the right side . Top to bottom AA , 42410 , 44 There is a P on the pistol grip & looks like # 's 383 in the barrel channel . The Garand is a Springfield 7/54. This is the one I just finish bulding with the help of browningautorifle & a few other guys. BIG THANKS. It only needed a barrel & bolt pics of it on another post.
