I am sure that it's not since this is an Arsenal rebuild. but I am no going top go nuts trying to correct it since the Stock and trigger group are not a NPM. Unless some one who has an IBM Receiver who needs an IBM Stock and or trigger group. I wanted a 1943 rifle and thats what I got.
