I just received this the other day. It is an exceptionally nice looking example of one of these revolvers. It seems very close to original if not in original condition. My main question is the dates as they appear on the pistol vs the barrel. The frame has a 1937 date and the barrel clearly has a '36 stamp. Is it normal for the barrel to precede the rest of the pistol? Their serial numbers do match, so I am assuming so. Thanks for taking a look.
