AR-15 pricing

As I have aged I don't shoot as much anymore and rarely ever take my AR-15 out so was thinking of selling it. I know the prices on these have fallen from their inflated prices but was wondering what I might ask for it. It is a Windham Weaponry MPC with the M4 style barrel and telescoping stock and detachable carry handle in like new condition(only had it a couple years) since it is rarely fired. I looked at some of the retail prices for new ones but have not seen much on the value of used ones. Would like some opinions please.
