    Dutch Beaumont-Vitali

You may remember I picked up a cut down version of one of these over the summer and cleaned it up. Been wanting an original ever since and finally got one off Gunbroker last week. Arrived yesterday and since we are in the middle of a snow storm, I stayed home and cleaned it up for photos. All in all not in bad shape. Under the wood it remains in the white and is relatively rust free although it does have spots here and there of pitting. Every number matches, barrel is stamped under the wood and the wood is also stamped. Seems to function flawlessly although as I have no ammo for it not likely to see the range anytime soon. Bore is excellent, strong rifling, no pitting, bright. I have a suspicion the cleaning rod may not be the right one but really don't know. Wood has no cracks and no major damage aside from the usual dings. Lots of little letter and crown stamps on it. Id like to get a proper sling for it if anyone can direct me to what it may look like. The one on the little one isn't correct, just one I had lying around.
