Guys,

Please see the below photo and see if you can tell me what the white painted "46" on the bottom of the pistol grip means. There are no other re-build markings on the stock at all. No "P's" or anything else showing arsenal repair. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

The stock is for an QHMC made by Rock-Ola with a serial #4,843,000. More than likely a re-built rifle, inspection, or rack number?
