7.5 French Misc.

I some boxes of PPU and Middle Eastern 7.5 French ammo and was wondering if someone could help shed some light on...

These PPU boxes are they military or commercial and what info can be gleaned from the info (or lack thereof) on the box? The headstamp says 78 and has an orange coating on the primer.

Also does anyone know any info on the boxes with the Arabic script on them? The best info I can gather is they are Syrian in origin. Any info on how they shoot?
