Educate me on these two Mausers?

I am looking to buy a Mauser Rifle. Always wanted a K98, but never found one I could afford. The first rifle is listed as a Yugo M48 Mauser and the Second is listed as a Yugo Model 98 Mauser. The Yugo Model 98 Looks more like the K98. Stock is more like a K98.
The rifles are both Yugo, but I don't understand the stock difference and if these are the same rifles just one is in a different stock? Is one an original German K98 that was refurbished and remarked in Yugoslavia after the war? or are they both factory made in Yugoslavia? As you can tell, I am new to Mauser's. Which would be more collectable? and What a fair price on each?
