years ago I got this colt commando. The guy I got it from bought it through shotgun news back in 1964 he shot one box of shells through it.Tthen he put it on a shelf in his closet and never touched it until he sold it to me. it came in a kraft box and it is like new the only thing there is no flaming bomb or inspector stamp on it. Could this be one that was completed after the contract ended and never saw service? is it uncommon to find these guns without acceptance stamps?
