A rifle that shoots sub half minute at 100yds may shoot 2 or 3 minutes at 1000yds and a rifle that shoots sub half minutes at 1000 yds may not shoot better than 2 or 3 minutes at 100yds. The pain of long distance shooting starts at 25 yds to be on paper then moves back to the range required testing and tuning all the way.
