Did H&K simply take over the Nottingham factory or did they take they take the business back to Germany?

I was always under the impression they did take over, there was some tree huggers, greenies, veggies who were trying to get them out of Nottingham due to the nature of there business.......... some kind of movement if you google it, maybe this lot need to read the paper and watch the news at times and see that the terrorist is on our doorstep and sticks and stones won't stop them.
