    Where's the rain!

Well, where we are the heat and my complexion( raw chicken) has forced me to be inside this afternoon. So I pulled some of my latest projects and took some pictures. Which everybody likes. Normally I do this stuff on rainy days.

Cooey 60 factory drilled, top $75. I started with just the Weaver B4 scope I bought a few years back. Then came the B6 scope below. 3 years I searched for 3/4 weaver mounts in Canadaicon. I just paid $76 for the N2 mount, no screws. Had to have it.
I sighted in for 30 yards with CCI subsonic shorts. Those subsonic rounds are a tonne of fun, nobody hears a damn thing. The high powered stuff is great, but 30 yards with that stuff is like shooting 400 yards. It drops off fast.
The other 3/4 rings and mounts fell from the sky all with in days and cheap. Go figure!

Cooey SURESHOT $60. I thought it only needed 2 dove tail sights. Turns out, I did not even notice it was missing the extractor. I always get caught up in the "cheap deal" and end up having to buy more parts to get it shooting or running. EPPS came through again. This is going to be my long range 75-100 yard go to. And yes that is Hank William Jr. playing in the back ground. Literally.
