A5 SAPPER training notes booklet Petawawa WW2

I have a hand written booklet that was used to take notes during Canadianicon Engineer training mid 1940s. It has many topics from explosives, bunker complex construction, trip wire lay outs and general weapons training. How long it should take to destroy a section of railway track, with an officer and so many men. Thompson sub-machine carbine reference.

What would be a value on it? Named with regimental number.

I have had this for many years and thought it was coolest thing back when I got it. I was the only kid in the 6th grade who knew how to build a bunker to take a 500 pounder.
