It could be a result of the general drop in Enfield prices. While some of the No1s in excellent condition will sell as high as $600 (mostly Lithgows) the No4s typically are selling for $350. All Matching and Original Savages I used to see command $500+. Now $400 seems to be the top end with $350 being more common. Other matching No4s have sold for even less.
I haven't seen a 1941 Long Branch MkI sell in awhile other than the one linked above. Curious what an original and matching one would go for today.
