BM 59 ?

Well, I had to carry my BM 59 TA up and down mountains and it sure was heavy.
A couple pounds more than the Garand we used at the earliest stage of the Officer School.
But it was/is a fabulous weapon. I'm looking for one myself here now. But they "civilized" them ruining the flash hider and eliminating the grenade launcher forward sight, plus welding the foldable stock.
But the path of a stubborn Alpino is always open, so I now know where to find all original parts.........
Hopefully, in a few weeks I'll be able to show a new, damn expensive, new baby.
