Looking at a Yugoicon SKS 59/66 at the LGS and noticed that of the five serial numbers that I could see without field striping were all matching and stamped. That is all but the top of the bolt, that one was hand inscribed.

Does this mean an arsenal replaced bolt or a bubba bolt or were all the bolts inscribed instead of stamped?
