I am selling off a lot of my items, need to down size because of advancing old age, and had a table at the Wheaton, IL gun/CW show Fri/Sat and which was very successful as I sold a ton of my items. Was very happy as I probably sold over twenty items, From a nice complete Nambu rig, minty 96 Krag, trap door carbine and a bunch of other stuff. From a 1889 campaign hat to a number of bayonets etc. All good quality stuff I collected for over 60 yrs.
As I was breaking down the table to go, the guy next to me wanted a SAW canteen I had and he made me an offer I just couldn't resist. He said he would give me cash and this rare 1930-40 pistol. One look at the pistol and I almost "pea'ed" in my pants. I quickly traded and now I will begin to plant peas on the lawn around my house and probably the neighbor's grass, of course, by accident., Never to old. Ray
