I've been wanting a Mills bomb for my displays for some time now but not willing to pay what people are asking for one and replicas seen to be out of stock everywhere except in the UK which refuses to export due to their laws..

How about a replica cutaway?

I don't think it's illegal per se to export an inert grenade from the UK. I suspect sellers just don't want the hassle of it being potentially seized. What US laws would cover the import of inert ordnance?
