The Australia Day weekend normally see's me on the Range firing a few shots out of the rifles built in that year.
For their 100th Birthday I had only two this year, a 1919 Lithgow and a Thai Tiger, which suited me down to the ground, as it was 42 degrees C and just not a nice day.
Shot the Lithgow first, a sighter to get on the plate at 100m on a type C target, low holding balance, so aimed into the centre for a five shot group, slightly to right of centre.
Same for the TT, it printed a lot lower, just under the aiming mark.
So that's another birthday down the tube.....until next year.
