I was given an unusual rear sight some time ago in a pile of parts that I was told was a sight for a special version of the G.I. M-16 used in training with MILES gear. has a big windage knob on the right side and a peep sight (non adjustable) at the top of a very tall bar which swings up to the rear. I'll try to geet a photo of it, but does anyone know of such a thing? Does it have any particular rarity? (I've never seen anything like it).
